Acceptable Use & File Safety Policy
Effective Date: January 1, 2026. This policy establishes the rules and expectations for uploading documents and interacting with our infrastructure.
1. Purpose & Scope
E-Label Cropper provides free, automated PDF formatting services to support honest e-commerce sellers in preparing shipping labels. This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") outlines the standards required of all users to ensure the security, integrity, and lawful operation of our service for the entire merchant community.
2. Document Ownership & Lawful Uploads
You may only upload documents that you have legitimate authority to process. By uploading any PDF to our workspace, you certify that:
- The document is a genuine e-commerce invoice, dispatch manifest, packing slip, or logistics label generated by a recognized sales channel.
- You are the registered seller, merchant, or an authorized logistics contractor for the parcels represented in the document.
- The document does not infringe upon any third party's legal privacy, trade secret, or intellectual property rights.
3. Strictly Prohibited Activities
You may NOT use E-Label Cropper to:
- Upload Malicious Code: Uploading PDF files containing embedded JavaScript exploits, malicious attachments, Trojan horses, ransomware, or corrupted binaries intended to compromise client browsers or server infrastructure.
- Conduct Automated Attacks: Deploying headless scripts, scrapers, automated brute-force tools, or continuous high-frequency requests designed to cause Denial of Service (DoS) or degrade performance for other users.
- Upload Fraudulent Documents: Altering or fabricating counterfeit courier barcodes, forged invoice headers, or fraudulent consignee addresses.
- Probe Infrastructure: Attempting to access private backend routes (including
/innomi/admin/*), execute command injection, or circumvent rate-limiting firewalls.
4. System Protection & Automated Rate Limiting
To maintain continuous service availability, our servers implement automated rate limiting, IP reputation monitoring, and request throttling. Users who exceed normal human usage thresholds or trigger security alerts will have their network IP address temporarily or permanently restricted.
5. Reporting Abuse or Security Vulnerabilities
If you identify an abuse incident, an unauthorized document upload, or a potential security vulnerability within our web application, please immediately notify our security team:
